雨漏り

当店がテナントとして入居している３階建のビル、築３４年になります。

 

３０年を越えたあたりから建物自体の老朽化が進んでいるようで、
雨漏り・換気扇や屋内照明の電気系統など、色々と修繕を重ねています。


不幸中の幸いとでもいいますか建物自体は建築した時代がよかった。
管理会社曰く「建てた時期がちょうど良く、結構丈夫な建物ですよ～」

 

当店の事業の方が長持ちしなかったりして・・・。


こういう弱気な発想が一番良くありません！！！！！！！
もっと前向きオーラをいっぱい出して、
お客様に喜んでいただく・幸せになって頂けるよう
努力・努力・努力・・・・。

    After I initially commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is a way you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks!
